update to ios 9.3.5
Updated overnight. Today unable to connect to wifi. Any ideas??
iPad Mini, iOS 9.3.5, null
Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
You will need to re enter your Wi-Fi password in Settings > Wi-Fi.

Thanks I just tried this but still not connecting. It just keeps showing the little circle going around. I have a desktop and a laptop connected so I know the wifi is working. Any more ideas?
The next easy troubleshooting step (if you have not done it yet) is to unplug your WiFi router, wait a few seconds and plug it back in then retry connecting.
I will try that tomorrow. Right now I have 2 TV's and 2 computers using the modem. I don't want to shut them down. Any other ideas?
Sure. Try one thing at a time. Prior to restarting your WiFi router, you may also want to try turning off all wireless devices (TVs, computers etc) except your iPad. It's easier to troubleshoot problems if you narrow it down to 1 device.
It never hurts to restart the iPad after an update. Hold the Sleep button until slide to Power Off appears, then power off, then hold Sleep again until you see the Apple.
In addition to everything that has been said already go to a friends house or public wifi and see if you can connect.
